Privacy policy
We collect only what you send us, and only in order to reply.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Elepton Sp. z o.o., ul. Pod Lipą 6/3, 02-798 Warszawa, Poland — NIP 9512515479, KRS 0000886909, REGON 388361579 — trading as Inteliace Research.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and with generally applicable Polish law. Questions about how we handle data go to info@inteliace.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us. In practice that is:
- What you type into the enquiry form — your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone number — together with the message itself and, if you are ordering, which report it concerns.
- Anything you choose to put in an email or tell us on the phone.
- Standard web server logs kept by our host, which record IP addresses and requested pages for security and troubleshooting.
We do not build profiles, we do not buy or enrich contact data, and there is no account to register for.
Why we process it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare and deliver a report you have ordered, and to issue the invoice for it. The legal basis is the performance of a contract with you, or the steps taken at your request before entering one.
Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list from this form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are stored while we deal with them and for as long as the business relationship they lead to continues. Records tied to an invoice are kept for the period Polish tax law requires.
Every form submission is also written to a log file on our server, so that an enquiry is not lost if the mail system fails. That log is not public, and it is cleared periodically.
Who else sees it
Nobody, beyond the people at Inteliace Research who need it to answer you. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Our website host and our email provider process data on our behalf as part of running those services, under contract and within the European Economic Area. An accountant and, if it ever came to it, a court or tax authority may see records connected to an invoice.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- ask what we hold about you and get a copy of it
- have anything inaccurate corrected
- have your data deleted, or its processing restricted
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest
- receive the data you gave us in a portable form
To exercise any of these, email info@inteliace.com. There is no form to fill in and no charge. We will respond within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
Keeping it safe
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to authorised people at Inteliace Research, and purchased reports are stored outside the public web directory so that they cannot be downloaded by guessing a URL.
No system is perfect, so we hold as little as possible — the surest protection for data is not to have collected it.
