Terms of use
The rules for using this website and the material published on it.
Use of the Inteliace Research website is governed by these Terms of Use together with the Privacy Policy. Using the site means you accept them.
Using the website
You agree to use the site in accordance with these terms, with applicable law, and with ordinary good manners online.
Visiting the site is free, but its contents are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, transmitting, publicly displaying or otherwise reusing material from the site requires written permission from the authors or from whoever else is entitled to grant it.
By using the site you confirm that you have read and accept our privacy policy.
Reports and licences
Paid reports are sold to a named organisation for use inside that organisation. The price covers internal use by the buyer's staff. It does not cover redistribution, resale, or publication of the report or of substantial extracts from it.
Quoting a figure or a chart in your own work is fine, provided Inteliace Research is credited as the source. Anything broader — reselling, syndicating, or passing the file to a third party — needs our written agreement first. Where a specific order is covered by its own written terms, those terms take precedence over this section.
Limitation of liability
Our reports are built from public data, market interviews and our own estimates, and they are prepared with care. Even so, Inteliace Research does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information on this website.
Nothing here is investment advice. In no event shall Inteliace Research be liable for any decision taken on the basis of information shown in, or omitted from, this website. We may change the content of the site without notifying users.
Miscellaneous
Inteliace Research may modify these terms at any time. The revised date in the sidebar shows when they last changed.
